CAFE FRAPPE

INGREDIENTS :

  • 50 ml Gagan Ice-cream Mix
  • 50 ml milk.
  • 50 ml espresso.
  • 6-7 ice cube.
  • 10 ml.Chocolate sauce

Method:

  • Take a clean mixie jar. Put all above ingredients in the jar.
  • Blend for 20-25 seconds, take out in a glass & serve chilled.

TROPICAL TEMPTATION

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 bananas
  • 15 ml strawberry flavour.
  • 6-7 ice cube.
  • 50 ml Gagan Ice-cream Mix
  • 15 ml chocolate sauce

Method:

  • Take clean mixie jar. Put all above ingredients in the mixy jar.
  • Blend all ingredients for 20-25 seconds. Take out in a glass and serve.

SOFTY ICE CREAM

INGREDIENTS:

  • Put chilled Gagan Instant Ice Cream Mix in the reservoir of the softy machine.
  • Extract Softy out as per the suppliers instructions.

HOME MADE ICE CREAM

  • Take Chilled Gagan Instant Ice Cream Mix in a container.
  • Beat with the help of a beater/mixer, till the volume doubles.
  • Add flavour & food colour of your choice and stir.
  • Keep for around six hours in the freezer (below - 10 degre C).
  • The Ice Cream of your choice is ready to serve.

MILK SHAKE

  • Take chilled Gagan Instant Ice Cream Mix & equal quantity of chilled milk in a container.
  • Add flavour of your choice and stir.
  • Beat with the help of beater/ mixer for 5-7 minutes.
  • The milk shake of your choice is ready to serve.
