Instant Liquid Ice Cream Mix

STRAWBERRY MILKSHAKE

Super easy to make and perfect for strawberry season! You can substitute frozen berries when fresh are not available. Roasting just makes the flavor pop!
Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries frozen if the off season or 30ml strawberry Crush/Pulp
  • 2 cups Ice Cubes
  • 2 cups of CoolM Ice Cream Mix

Method

  • Strawberries put them in a blender with the ice cubes and CoolM Ice Cream Mix. Pulse until it’s combined but thick.
  • Remove and pour into serving glasses.
  • Serve with a big strawberry loving smile!

OREO MILKSHAKE

A thick Oreo milkshake you’ll need an extra wide straw to drink! Servings: 1 Large or 2 Small
Ingredients

  • 2 cups CoolM Ice Cream Mix
  • 2 cups Ice Cubes
  • 4 Oreos crushed

Method

  • Pop everything in a blender and pulse until well blended.

Recipe Notes
To line your glasses like I did you just need to either buy Oreo crumbs or crush some Oreos on your own. Then take corn syrup and line the edge of the glass with it. Then dunk the top of the glass in a bowl with the crumbs.

RECIPE OF COLD COFFEE

(Serve size: One glass 300ml )

Ingredients

  • CoolM Ice cream mix : 150 ml
  • Ice cube : 5 to 6 Nos (~150 ml)
  • Nescafe Coffee Powder : 1.5 to 2 gm (~1/2 tea Spoon)

Method
Put all ingredients in the blender and blend for one minute. Serve in a glass.

RECIPE OF CHOCOLATE SHAKE

(Serve size: One glass 300ml)

Ingredients

  • CoolM Ice cream mix : 150 ml
  • Ice cube : 4 to 6 Nos (~150 ml)
  • Chocolate Syrup : 8-10 ml

Method
Put all ingredients in the mixer jar and blend for one minute. Serve in a glass.

VANILLA ICE CREAM RECIPE

Ingredients
500ml CoolM Liquid Ice Cream Mix
Method
Put the Ice Cream Mix in a mixer, blend for 45 seconds for aeration. Put in freezer for 2-3 after that then blend again for 45 seconds for smoothness and store again in freezer for 7-8 hours for hardness. Serve as is in bowls or garnish with nuts, chocolate sauce, or fruit syrup for added flavor.

CHOCOLATE COOKIE SHAKE

Ingredients
CoolM Ice cream mix: 80 ml
Ice cubes: 5-6
Crumbled Chocolate Chip Cookies: 80gm
Mini Chocolate Chips: 50gm

Method
Put all ingredients in the mixer jar and blend For one minute. Serve in a glass topping with cookie!

BANANA SHAKE

Ingredients
CoolM Ice cream mix: 150 ml
Ice cube: 5 to 6 Nos (~125 ml)
Banana (chopped): 1 cup
Just Milk Toned Milk: 100 ml

Method
Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Serve in a glass!

LIVE ROLL ICE CREAM

Ingredients
1 Packet CoolM Liquid Ice Cream Mix

Method
Pour the CoolM Ice Cream Mix onto a metal sheet pan or rimmed baking sheet. Make sure it’s less than ¼ inch thick; 1/8 inch is ideal. It should just cover the bottom of the pan.

Place the sheet pan in the freezer until completely frozen, at least 4 hours.

Once your ice cream has frozen solid, remove the sheet pan from the freezer. Position the sheet pan with a longer side towards you. Use a flat, sharp-edged metal spatula to carefully cut the ice cream into 3-inch wide strips. Next, use your spatula to scrape up then gently push each strip (at a 45° angle) into a tight tube, working quickly from top to bottom. If the roll needs help forming at the base of the pan, you can use a butter knife to form the sheet into a rolled shape. Use tongs to transfer the finished roll to your serving dish (chilled bowls with straight sides or ramekins work best). Repeat with remaining frozen ice cream on the sheet pan.
